2)Upon receipt of vehicle owner contact information Alliance will call the owner and set up an inspection appointment as soon as possible. 4)All desk review supplements will be completed free of charge, however, supplements requiring a physical re-inspection will be billed accordingly. Once completed, supplements will be sent to the respective insurance carrier as soon as possble.
Supplements for concessionary items such as required labor rate & part price increases typically do not require a physical reinspection however, photos from the shop of vehicle in repair process can be obtained by request. All part price increases will be accompanied by an invoice from the part supplier.
If any vehicle is a total loss Alliance will inform the insurance carrier as soon as it is known and utilize the insurers preferred market valuation service if requested (i.e. CCC, Autosource) as well as fill out all applicable forms. Alliance can also complete an ACV work-up if necessary.
